How do I place an order?

Simply add what you want to your shopping basket, and go to the Check Out phase for shipping and Coupons to be applied to your purchase.

Payment and Shipping



Eagles of Empire Miniatures are produced, picked and packed in the UK. Besides a quick service, this also gives all of our clients one of Europe's lowest postal fees. For payment, the Eagles of Empire online shop uses Paypal, which ensures a smooth and secure payment of our purchase. When checking out, simply add your adress and the webshop will apply one of our standard shipping fees to the order value.

Out of stock products



Eagles of Empire Miniatures deals in historical cast metal miniatures. This means we produce batches of miniatures on a regular basis, adopting production volume to our sales forecasts. However, If you find a product that is out of stock, don't dispair - write us an e-mail with your request and quantity, then we'll reserve your order within the next coming batch, and let you know roughly when it will be with you.

Returns & refunds



Eagles of Empire Miniatures don't offer refunds. Sculpting and casting metal miniatures is expensive, and rather than increasing our prices to endulge returns, we prefer to keep our product at a low and competitive price point.
